Clean Burning Alternative Fuel

Biodiesel blends offer an immediate, practical, affordable response to the need to reduce emissions. For too long, we have relied on petroleum products to fuel our vehicles. And our dependency on pure petroleum diesel creates an even greater cost due to its exclusive use by the trucking, public transportation and other major commercial vehicles. But by responding the Federal and state mandates, business, government and the public can all benefit by making the change to biodiesel. Biodiesel is a liquid fuel made up of fatty acid alkyl esters, fatty acid methyl esters (FAME), or long-chain mono alkyl esters. It is produced from renewable sources such as new and used vegetable oils and animal fats and is a cleaner-burning replacement for petroleum-based diesel fuel. Most importantly, biodiesel is nontoxic and biodegradable.
