Our Story

Cape Cod BioFuels has been in business since 2008. We are a small, locally owned and operated, friendly and efficient company. We have over 400 partners from whom we collect used cooking oil and have invested heavily in a state-of-the-art recycling and production facilty in Sandwich, Massachusetts. We offer professional, reliable service. We are committed to keeping Massachusetts green. We are the only ASTM-certified producer of biodiesel in Massachusetts, meaning our biofuel has passed all government fuel standards. There are no other licensed biodiesel companies in the Sate. We sell 100% of our biodiesel to Loud Fuel, located on Cape Cod. Loud Fuel then blends every gallon they sell of home heating oil, with our biodiesel.

Our service and dependability is above all others. We currently service over 400 restaurant partners and 100% of all the grease we collect stays here in Massachusetts. All other rendering companies ship their grease out of state. This annual production of sustainably produced and locally distributed fuel, made from a locally collected waste product, offers the people of southern New England a way to have a direct impact on their regional environment and local economy.
